Welcome to our new DSM Newsline.

For the longest time, I have wanted DSM to have a regular newsletter to increase our communication with you, our valued customer. I am happy to provide you with this, the first edition of our recurring newsletter.

Our hope is that we can increase our communication with you and in turn, increase our ever important service and support that we strive to perfect.

Please take the time to read our Newsline as it arrives weekly or bi-weekly in your email inbox. We will include valuable information on working with DSM, what is happening in our company and other news that you may find interesting and helpful.

Helping Us Work With You Better

Service delivery is vital to our success in working with you. Recently we have made significant advances to our service department to help you better.

To start, the DSM Help Desk is now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take care of you

If you need help, call our office at 416-398-7855 and ask for technical support. If you call after hours, our automated attendant will direct your call to our call centre operators who will dispatch a technician to call you within 20 minutes.

Please remember that even though our technicians are great and care about helping you, calling them directly when they are busy on the road can lead to your service issue falling through the cracks.

The DSM Help Desk is tracked and managed to make sure all your support issues are dealt with and completed. Our Help Desk will work closely with your dedicated technician to help you.

So, if you need help, use the DSM Help Desk where we ensure that our service and support is at the high level that we demand.

New to DSM is our R&D department, where we have developed technology products to help your business. Our goal is to bring you technology solutions that large corporations use at a cost you can afford.

We are proud that most of our valued staff have been with us for 5 to 10 years. We have had some new people join our team and have grown in both our field service team and our internal operations Help Desk team.

New to DSM are our two Account Managers, Yohance Reid and Michelle Fink. Yohance and Michelle are committed to taking care of you and making sure that you have what you need from DSM.

We also welcome back Samantha Williams to the project management side of the operations team after her absence for maternity leave.

Recently we added a new field technician to our team, Pedram Mofidi. You may meet Pedram in his travels at your site as he may be backing up your regular technician for site visits or ad-hoc service calls.
