Implementation Services
System design and implementation plan in hand, the DSM technical team moves into action to implement the system.   Our goal is to ensure that your business operations are not inconvenienced through the installation process.   The DSM team work through evenings and weekends to perform any disruptive aspects of the system implementation.   Once completed, your company is up and running and productive on their next business day.

Implementation Testing
While it is hard to simulate the complete complement of live situations, the core system functions are tested throughout the system.   This testing helps to minimize post implementation support and clean up that is typical of many of these projects.

Post Implementation Support
Now that the installation is completed, our post implementation support is activated to make sure that you are well taken care of.   After some implementations, there are minor adjustments and clean up work that requires attention.   In addition, once the system is in full real life use, small adjustments and changes may be required.   We always remain on-site after the implementation to ensure any of these items are dealt with immediately, without inconvenience to your company.

On-Going Support
With the new system implemented and the small post implementation adjustments made, DSM support provides you with our contract options, on-site and remote support as well as our full help desk support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
